Users must ensure that their actions within the CRM system comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws. Unauthorized use of the CRM system, including but not limited to accessing another user's account or using the system for fraudulent purposes, is strictly prohibited. Users are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are encouraged to use strong passwords and regularly update them to prevent unauthorized access. Any misuse or breach of security resulting from user negligence will be the sole responsibility of the user.
The CRM system is designed to provide reliable and continuous service; however, we do not guarantee that the system will be available at all times. There may be instances where access to the system is temporarily disrupted due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
We will make every effort to inform users of planned outages in advance and to minimize any inconvenience caused by such disruptions. However, users acknowledge that there may be occasions where the service is unavailable without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of system downtime. Users are encouraged to back up critical data regularly to avoid data loss during any potential service interruptions.
PROHIBITED USE:

Violations of this policy may result in legal action and the forfeiture of any rights to use the CRM system.
MODIFICATION OF SERVICES:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the CRM system at any time, with or without prior notice to users. This includes changes to features, pricing, service levels, or any other aspect of the system. We may also introduce new features or services, which will be subject to these terms and conditions unless otherwise specified. Users will be informed of significant changes through notifications within the system or via email. Continued use of the CRM system after such changes have been made constitutes the user's acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
